Penta was founded to revolutionize the banking experience for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Through a digital-first approach, we delivered tailored solutions that streamlined financial management, empowering business owners to focus on growth and innovation. From intuitive tools for expense tracking to seamless account management, Penta set a new benchmark for what modern business banking should be.

MY CONTRIBUTION
My contributions included:
UI/UX Design: Developed intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that simplified complex financial processes.
Design Systems: Built and maintained a scalable design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency across all touchpoints.
Industry Innovation: Collaborated with Mastercard & Visa to design the first vertical credit card in the market. This innovation not only stood out visually but also became a standard in the industry, embraced by banks and fintechs worldwide.
Feature Prioritization: Actively involved the user community through a Trello board, where every single feature was voted on by users. This democratic approach ensured our product releases were always in line with real customer needs.
User Testing: Conducted rigorous testing of every feature directly with end users, gathering feedback to refine and enhance the experience before deployment.
Brand Identity: Defined Penta’s brand visuals to resonate with SMEs, balancing professionalism with approachability.
Impact Highlights:
Innovative Credit Card Design: Pioneered the vertical credit card format, setting a new industry standard for usability and aesthetic appeal.
User Growth: Contributed to the acquisition of over 50K active SME customers within the first 5 years.
