Index Health: Reimagining telemedicine with the root cause approach.

The challenge

Most healthcare is reactive. Patients bounce between specialists and prescriptions — treating symptoms, not root causes. Functional medicine had the answers, but it wasn’t scalable: it was slow, expensive, and offline.

The opportunity

In 2021, we launched Index Health: a telemedicine platform that makes root cause medicine accessible. 100% personalized care, advanced lab analysis, and functional medicine — all covered by insurance.

In just 2 years, we built a nationally licensed clinic, helped thousands of patients, and proved a new healthcare model works.

Crafted the MVP from scratch — starting with real patient interviews, I designed the patient health timelines, intake forms (clinician-backed), labs dashboard (in comprehensive English), chat & scheduling, and supplement & health tracking.
